Stampede Bookkeeping Services is set up as a virtual bookkeeping business to maximize efficiency and provide the highest quality service possible to my clients. To that end I work solely in Quickbooks Online and Xero and provide unlimited email support to all my clients. I have created 3 different service levels to better meet each client's bookkeeping needs.

THE WALK: 

PRICE STARTS AT $99/MONTH

"The Walk" is designed for very small businesses that need assistance with basic reconciliation and reporting of financial data. It is also suitable for small start-ups who need assistance setting up their books and basic quarterly bookkeeping going forward.

  • Monthly Reconciliation of 1 account with < 75 transactions per month

  • Quarterly reports and Review (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flow)

  • Unlimited email support.

  • Up to 2 additional accounts can be reconcilied under this plan for an additional fee.

THE TROT: 

PRICE STARTS AT $300/MONTH

"The Trot" is for larger, more established businesses who have additional accounts and need frequent review of their books. Monthly phone meetings to review reports are designed to identify patterns and trends in income and spending. This helps prevent problems before they start. The monthly meetings are also a good time to discuss the future of your business and how it is growing.

  • Monthly Reconciliation of 2 accounts with up to 75 transactions per month

  • Monthly Report and Review of Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Statement of Cash Flows

  • Unlimited email support and up to 1 hour of phone support each month

  • Xero or QBO subscription included

THE GALLOP: 

PRICE STARTS AT $450/MONTH

"The Gallop" is for any business who wants to go beyond monthly review and look into the future. Profit maximization and benchmarking is designed to drive your businesses growth by analyzing spending and income patterns and looking at how your business compares with others in your industry. This can be a great way make sure your business is growing and bringing the highest return it can for you, the entrepreneur.

The Gallop includes everything from The Trot Plus:

  • Weekly Reconciliation of up to 3 Accounts

  • Profit Maximization Analysis

  • Benchmarking Services
